To Import the Goals, please download the Excel template by clicking on the “Goals Template” button.

Populate the excel with employee goals data and then import the file for validation.

Do not change the header names in the excel as this might lead to error during the upload process.

  • One or more errors are found in the Excel template. Click on the download button to view and correct the errors and import again.

Upload

Your file is in good shape. You can proceed to upload the file by hitting on the Start button.

The upload time is proportionate to the number of records in the excel file. The progress bar will show the status of the upload.
