• The employee must have been in the same (Designation) for more than “1” years and “3” months.
• The employee must have been in the same (Work Role) for more than “2 year(s) and “2” month(s).
• The employee must have been in the same (Track) for more than “1” Year(s) and “5” month(s).
• The employee must have been in the same (Level) for more than “2” year(s) and “3” month(s).
• Performance score of the employee in the last three Performance appraisal cycle must not be less than “N.NN”.
