Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.

Objective
Team objectives are the specific actions and measurable steps that teams must take to reach the Organization objectives. In order for company-level goals to become actionable and achievable, they need to be broken down into team objectives and key results.
Key Results
- A Key Result is a measurable, verifiable outcome required to achieve the Objective.
- Effective KRs are specific and time-bound, aggressive yet realistic.
- Key result contains a metric with a start and target value.
- Key Results measure progress towards the Objective — like a signpost that shows how close you are to your Objective.
Alignment
- Aligning your objective will create better visibility on how you are contributing to the organization’s objective. It can be used when you’ve been given a Key Result as an Objective.
- Directional alignment is when you’re using OKRs from elsewhere in the organization as a guide for developing your own individual or team OKRs.
- It allows to align your objective with your team mate’s or the organization’s objective.
